announced its merger with LogicPlus, Inc., the Minnesota-based software vendor
and creator of WebStory™, the web-based presentation management system
for insurance and financial markets.
The merger will result in a single company that retains the pTeraDac name and
continues to serve both pTeraDac and LogicPlus customers and obligations.
